Andromeda is available for the following OS systems:
Required Heap Space: min 512 MB is recommended (depends on the size of PSA models).
An installed Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is required, min version 1.7.
In case no adequate JRE is installed, you can also consider to install a local JRE.
Older Releases can be downloaded here.
To install Andromeda, unzip the corresponding zip file you downloaded in a folder of your choice.
The application is started by using the application launcher "andromeda.exe" (Windows) or "andromeda" (Linux) that is located in the "andromeda" main folder after unzip.
If you have an adequate JRE installed, you do not need to install a local JRE.
Otherwise, to install a local JRE (a JRE "inside" Andromeda), unzip the following package:
Then move the folder "jre" into the Andromeda main folder (the folder of Andromeda where the application launcher is located).
The following example models serve to test the comparison functionality of Andromeda. To try, load a model pair "Model A" and "Model B" in Andromeda and compare them.
